How to book

  1. Book your date now by email, phone or fax (see Contact us) through Beyond the Thrills.
    Then email a completed Booking Form with all your details.
  2. Booking acknowledgement - this will be emailed to you with a Tax Invoice for your school to make the deposit required.
  3. Deposit – please pay $100 deposit (plus GST*) or full payment.
    [*schools can claim the GST back when doing curriculum-specific worksheets, but NOT for Fun Days]
  4. Excursion worksheets book – this will be posted to you AFTER your deposit (or full payment) has been received
  5. Variation in numbers – please send an email with any number changes, so that an amended Tax Invoice can be issued.
  6. Tickets Beyond the Thrills organisers will issue your ride passes (= ride wristbands) on the day at Luna Park Sydney. We will meet you at around 10.45 am at the tables near the Big Top Box Office (opposite the ice cream shop).
  7. Additional ride passes can be obtained if needed on the day – schools can be invoiced for any extra ride passes or can pay cash on the day.
  8. Refunds – if a student is sick on the day, schools may email a written request to us for a refund.
  9. Cancellations – if your school needs to cancel for any reason, a full refund less the booking fee of $25 (+ GST) will be issued (provided sufficient notice is given).
  10. Note: If doing a Business Studies/Commerce/Tourism presentation, this takes place at 9:30am - before the rides commence.













Please book as early as possible to ensure you obtain your date of choice.
